Wait times are sometimes beyond our control.  In the meantime: Our wifi password is "apreginawifi". You are encouraged to consider running some errands and - if so - please inform the front end receptionist on duty that you will be doing so, and they will call you back when your appointment is approaching.  On your return, you may wait for a few minutes until another patient leaves the room.

If you are here for only an injection and/or immunization of any kind, please immediately notify the front-end receptionist on duty. There is no need to wait for injections of any kind.

Our centre seeks to accommodate patients who are sicker, older or younger. In that event, these patients may be seen before you, even though you may have signed in to see a doctor before they did. We would truly appreciate your understanding.

Your privacy is paramount to us.  Therefore, we are unable to give your test results over the phone. If you have any pending results, the staff will be asked to call you at the discretion of your treating physician. Usually, you will not get a call back if your results come back "normal".  In this instance, please plan to visit your doctor  - when they are working next - so as to get a copy of your results.
